Faithnetsouthwest has Board membership of Equality South West (ESW) is a registered charity and England's first regional equality and diversity body. ESW Works with partners across the region, tackling discrimination on the grounds of age, disability, gender, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation and transgender. We are supporting dedicated regional networks for each of these seven strands. ESW is also working with other groups for asylum seekers, migrant workers and gypsies and travellers.

Faithnetsouthwest is working with ESW to create a regional equality network, which gives representation to faith communities on issues of equality and diversity and works in partnership to reduce discrimination on the grounds of faith and belief, wherever it occurs in the region, as well as influencing public policy in the region and nationally.
